AlindaVelco's experience in enzyme handling and manipulation, combined with the high quality of its product portfolio serve to enforce its leading position in the area of technologically advanced baking ingredients.
The flour conditioners of AlindaVelco constitute functional blends of baking enzymes that help the improvement and correction of flour technical aspects. They can be used to replace chemical emulsifiers and convenient flour strengtheners. It is worth mentioning that according to the current E.U. legislation, most of the flour conditioners offered by AlindaVelco are not considered as additives, hence do not have an Exxx number.
The other baking product range of AlindaVelco, which includes bakery improvers products, consists of special blends for volume increase, improved fermentation tolerance, strengthening of the gluten network and increase of the bread softness and staling time. Furthermore, AlindaVelco also offers special blends for green or E-free labelled bakery products. Finally, the company produces specialty products for local markets.
